Abstract:
Provided are an information transmission device and information transmission method allowing for efficient preparatory operation of a wireless device intended to begin operating anew in white space. Retained is first information comprising at least a list of channels that can be used in each of a first type of partial regions obtained when an area is divided at a first fineness, which is a predetermined fineness; also retained is second information comprising at least a list of channels that can be used in each of a second type of partial region obtained when the area is divided at a second fineness finer than the first fineness. The first information and the second information are multiplexed so that the second information and the first information are repeated at equal frequencies in the time axis direction or so that the first information is repeated at a higher frequency in the time axis direction than the second information, thus generating multiplexed information which is then wirelessly transmitted.
