Abstract:
An information updating system and an information updating method are provided for making it possible to transmit updating information of mobile terminal devices or users to an arriving side terminal device, so that information of a calling side terminal device can be automatically updated. A calling side terminal device (1A) transmits updating information of a mobile terminal device and address information to an arriving side terminal device (1B).The arriving side terminal device (1B) retrieves information of the calling side terminal device (1A) from an address book in accordance with the address information and updates information of the calling side terminal device (1A) in accordance with the updating information. Alternatively, the calling side terminal device (1A) transmits the updating information of the mobile terminal device to a server device (31), which extracts the arriving side terminal device (1B) with the address information of the calling side terminal device (1A) from managing information of the mobile terminal device and delivers the updating information to the extracted arriving side terminal device (1B). The arriving side terminal device (1B) updates information of the calling side terminal device (1A) in accordance with the updating information.
