Abstract:

An infrared permeable brilliant coating film (12) contains an infrared permeable base resin (21) and a filler (22) added to the base resin (21). The filler (22) includes aluminum flakes (23) and an infrared permeable resin film (24) that covers both surfaces of the flakes (23) in the thickness direction. The thickness of the resin film (24) is greater than the thickness of the flakes (23). The average particle size of the filler (22) is 10-120 μm. The weight concentration of the filler (22) is 0.1-1.0%. The area occupying ratio of the filler (22) is 0.5-1.5%.
