Abstract:
The present invention relates to an infusion flow-rate measuring and regulating device enabling adjustment of a flow-rate regulator of an infusion set at a target flow rate. The present invention comprises: a dial rotation unit enabling holding and rotating of a dial of a flow-rate regulator, provided in an infusion set, to a target position; a safe attachment/detachment unit having a locking means, for preventing the attached flow-rate regulator from falling off, a lock releasing means, operating when the flow-rate regulator is to be separated, and a separating means enabling applying of force in the direction of the separation by means of the operation of the lock releasing means; and a control unit enabling administration of a liquid at a target flow rate by means of a single flow-rate adjustment.
