Abstract:
An injection molding machine that has a computer-containing numerical controller connected to a host computer and that can be started and stopped on the stored data that indicates operable condition/inoperable condition of the injection molding machine. Pre-processing is carried out in response to an operation instruction from the host computer (S4 to S9). If there takes place abnormal operation during this period, the place where abnormal operation developed is stored in a memory of the numerical controller. If it is determined that the abnormal operation is restorable from the content stored in the memory after the pre-processing has been finished, abnormal operation restoration processing is carried out (S17) and then the automatic operation is carried out (S11). Thereafter, the termination processing is carried out (S14) in response to a stop instruction from the host computer, and the operation is discontinued.
