Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is an injection molding mold for a modified polylactic acid biodegradable plastic knife, fork and spoon in the field of injection molding molds, comprising an apparatus body. The apparatus body comprises an upper box body and a lower box body that are fixedly connected; spoon-shaped holes are provided on the inner side of the lower box body; N-pole magnets are disposed on the left and right sides of the spoon-shaped holes; recesses are provided at four corners close to the tip end of the spoon-shaped holes; bottom holes are provided inside the recesses; a spring is fixed at the bottom of each of the recesses; a gasket is disposed on one side of each of the recesses; injection molding ports are provided on the outer side of one end of the upper box body; the spoon-shaped holes are provided inside the upper box body; the upper box body comprises soft rubber, fixed rods, and S-pole magnets; the number of groups of the soft rubber is configured to be greater than one, and each group of soft rubber is evenly distributed on the surface of the top of the upper box body; and the number of groups of the fixed rods is configured to be greater than one. During the use of the present utility model, a liquid leakage phenomenon caused by a gap generated between molds by combining them can be avoided, and both the spring and the soft rubber can cushion impact force, so that the damage to the structure is avoided, and the service time of the mold is prolonged.
