Abstract:
Disclosed is an ink for forming a compound semiconductor thin film, which comprises a binder and metal compound particles both dispersed in an organic solvent, wherein the binder contains a compound containing an S atom or an Se atom. A compound semiconductor thin film can be formed by applying or printing the ink for forming a compound semiconductor thin film and treating the ink by heating. A solar cell is equipped with the compound semiconductor thin film as a light-absorbing layer.
