Provided are: an inkjet recording device capable of, when recording an image with use of a plurality of inkjet heads each formed by connecting a plurality of head modules to one another, recording a high-quality image; an inkjet head adjustment method therefor; an inkjet head adjustment assist device therefor; and an inkjet head adjustment assist program therefor. The inkjet head adjustment method for the inkjet recording device comprises: step S1 for measuring the module Δx and the effective recording width of each of inkjet heads; step S2 for obtaining the effective recording width of each of the inkjet heads when the module Δx is assumed to be 0; step S3 for obtaining, for each of the inkjet heads, a target value of the module Δx required for equalizing the effective recording widths of all the inkjet heads, on the basis of information about the effective recording width obtained when the module Δx is assumed to be 0; and step S4 for equalizing the effective recording widths of all the inkjet heads by adjusting the module Δx of each of the inkjet heads in accordance with the obtained target value of the module Δx.
