The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an inner packaging member capable of facilitating handling of a food wrapping film that is stored in a storage box; and a wrap film product provided with said member. The present invention is: a wrap film packaging material wherein an inner packaging member (10) is configured from a main body section (11) and a pull tab (13), the main body section (11) has a roughly U-shaped cross-section with an upper piece (11a), a front piece (11b) and a lower piece (11c) so as to surround the rolled wrap film (20) and has a back surface opening (11d) through which the rolled wrap film passes on the back surface, a guiding section (12) with a roughly arc-shaped cross-section is provided on the back edge of the upper piece, the pull tab (13) projects from the front upper edge of the main body section (11) so as to pivot freely and is located between the front wall (31a) of the box body (31) of the storage box (30) and a vertical cover section (32a) of a cover (32), and the front edge (20a) of the wrap film is laid on the front surface (13a); and a wrap film product provided with said member.
