Description:
SPECIFICATION

INNOVATION IN THE PALLET PULLER MECHANISM OF THE FEED OF THE

ARM SEWING MACHINE

TECHNICAL AREA

The invention is related to the innovation made in the pallet puller mechanism of the Feed Off The Arm sewing machine.

KNOWN STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY

In the known state of the art of the pallet puller mechanism of the known state of the art Feed Off The Arm sewing machines the piston connection fork in the known state of the art is fixed to the end foot piece by means of an external thread piston pressure rod screw and an internal thread piston pressure rod screw at the junction point of the part of the end foot piece descending from top to bottom and the other part forming a geometry close to an L shape, so that the end foot pieceasremains behind the rear puller roller. In the known state of the art, when the piston connection fork is positioned in this way on the end foot piece, the end part of the front roller first comes into contact with the puller belt linearly when the pressure piston applies pressure by means of the downwardly moving pressure piston shaft. The pressing force of the pressing piston is then increased so that the front roller and the rear roller exert pression on the puller belt. With excessive pressing force, the front roller and rear roller pressing on the puller belt causes the life of the puller belt to be shortened, as well as causing damage to the sewn fabric and the sewing stitches on the fabric.

DEFINITION OF THE INVENTION

The invention solves the problems described above. In the puller mechanism of the Feed Off The Arm sewing machine developed in the invention;

- the connection to the end foot piece is made as such the mounting axis of the rear roller and the mounting axis of the front roller are exactly centred on the mounting axis and

- the part of the end foot piece going downward is located aboved the other part forming a geometry close to an L shape are implemented as such together with a positionned piston connection fork.

In the pallet puller mechanism of the Feed Off The Arm sewing machine developed in the invention, the fact that the piston connection fork is attached to the end foot part in such a way that the assembly axis of the rear roller and the assembly axis of the front roller is exactly in the middle of the assembly axis and the piston connection fork is on the part of the end foot part descending from top to bottom and the other part forming a geometry close to an L shape has the effect of reducing the force on the puller belt. This is to ensure that the front roller and the rear roller contact the track belt superficially when the pressure piston shaft moves downwards. When the front roller and the rear roller press the pallet puller belt superficially, the sewn fabric is pulled with less force. Less force on the pallet puller belt ensures that the life span of the pallet puller belt is longer and that the sewn fabric and the sewing stitches on the sewn fabric are not damaged.

DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

In the known state of the art of the pallet puller mechanism (10) of the known state of the art Feed Off The Arm sewing machines (1 ) the piston connection fork (1.2) in the known state of the art is fixed to the end foot piece (1.10) by means of an external thread piston pressure rod screw (1.16) and an internal thread piston pressure rod screw (1.17) at the junction point of the part of the end foot piece (1.10) descending from top to bottom and the other part forming a geometry close to an L shape, so that the end foot pieceas remains behind the rear puller roller (1.5). In the known state of the art, when the piston connection fork (1.2) is positioned in this way on the end foot piece (1.10), the end part of the front roller first comes into contact with the pallet puller belt linearly when the pressure piston (1.3) applies pressure by means of the downwardly moving pressure piston shaft (1.3.1 ). The pressing force of the pressure piston (1.3) is then increased so that the front roller (1 .4) and the rear roller (1 .5) exert pression on the pallet puller belt (1.18). With excessive pressing force, the front roller (1.4) and rear roller (1.5) pressing on the pallet puller belt (1.18) causes the life of the pallet puller belt (1.18) to be shortened, as well as causing damage to the sewn fabric and the sewing stitches on the fabric.

In the pallet puller mechanism (20) of the Feed Off The Arm sewing machine (1 ) developed in the invention;

- The connection to the end foot (1.10) piece is made as suchthe mounting axis of the rear roller (1 .5) and the mounting axis of the front roller (1 .4) are exactly centred on the mounting axis and

- the part of the end foot piece (1.10) going downward is located aboved the other part forming a geometry close to an L shape are implemented as such together with a positionned piston connection fork (1.1 ).

In the pallet puller mechanism (20) of the Feed Off The Arm sewing machine (1 ) developed in the invention, the piston connection fork (1.1 ) is attached to the end foot (1.10) in such a way that the assembly axis of the rear roller (1.5) and the assembly axis of the front roller (1 .4) is exactly in the middle of the assembly axis, and the piston connection fork (1.1 ) is attached to the top-down part of the end foot (1.10) and the other part forming a geometry close to L, which reduces the force on the pallet puller belt (1.18). This means that when the pressure piston shaft (1.3.1 ) moves downwards, the front roller (1.4) and the rear roller (1.5) contact the pallet puller belt (1.18) superficially. When the front roller (1.4) and the rear roller (1.5) press the pallet puller belt (1.18) superficially, the sewn fabric is pulled with less force. Less force on the pallet puller belt (1.18) ensures that the life of the pallet puller belt (1.18) is longer and that the sewn fabric and the sewing stitches on the sewn fabric are not damaged.

Piston connection fork (1.1 ) as developed in the invention, pallet pullerleftpress fork lever (1.1.1 ), palletpullerright press fork lever (1.1.2) and

- the piston connection fork (1.1 ) consisting of a fork connection holder (1.1.3) joining the left pullerpress fork lever (1.1.1 ) consisting the parts as described above.

The piston connection fork (1.1 ) developed in the invention is attached to the internal thread on the fork connection log (1.1.3) by means of the external thread on the compression piston shaft (1.3.1 ).

The front roller (1.4), the rear roller (1.5) and the top roller (1.6) are movable rollers and pull the sewn fabric.

The assembly of the parts belonging to the pallet puller mechanism (20) of the Feed Off The Arm sewing machine (1 ) developed in the invention in Figure-8 is performed as follows:

A wheel ring (1.14) is attached to the front roller (1.4).

One wheel ring (1.14) is attached to the rear roller (1.5).

A wheel ring (1.14) is attached to the upper roller (1.6).

The puller end left cover (1.12) and the puller end right cover (1.13) are fixed on both sides of the front roller (1.4), rear roller (1.5) and top roller (1.6) with three screws-2 (1.11 ).

The bearing roller (1.8) is placed in the end foot (1.10). Ring (1 .9) is fitted to the bearing roller (1 .8).

The bearing roller (1.8) fitted with the ring (1.9) is mounted on the left puller press fork lever (1.1.1 ).

The left puller press fork lever (1.1.1 ) obtained in this way is attached to the slot on the puller end left cover (1.12) by means of screw-1 (1 .7).

The other bearing roller (1.8) fitted with the other ring (1.9) is fitted to the right puller press fork lever (1.1.2).

The right puller press fork lever (1 .1 .2) obtained in this way is attached to the slot on the puller end right cover (1.13) by means of the other screw-1 (1 .7).

The left puller press fork lever (1 .1 .1 ) is fixed to the fork connection log (1.1.3) by means of screw-3 (1.15).

The right puller press fork lever (1 .1 .2) is fixed to the fork connection lever (1.1.3) by means of the other screw-3 (1.15).

The fork connection log (1.1.3) is positioned on the pressure piston shaft (1.3.1 ) by screwing the external thread on the pressure piston shaft (1 .3.1 ) to the internal thread on the fork connection log (1.1.3) positioned on the left puller pressure fork lever (1.1.1 ) and the right puller pressure fork lever (1 .1 .2).
