Description:
SPECIFICATION

INNOVATION IN THE PALLET PULLER MECHANISM OF THE FEED OFF THE ARM SEWING MACHINE

TECHNICAL AREA

The invention is related to an innovation in the palletpullermechanism of a sewing machine.

KNOWN STATE OF THE ART

In the palletpullermechanism in the known state of the art in the Feed Off The Arm sewing machines in the known state of the art, there are two rollers, the front roller, and the rear roller. The front roller and the rear roller are moving rollers. In the known state of the art, the piston connection fork ensures that the end of the front roller linearly contacts the puller belt when the compression piston shaft moves downwards. Then, with the increase in the pressure force on the piston connection fork in the known state of the art, the front roller starts to press the puller belt, while the rear roller can be lifted up. If the rear roller is lifted upwards, the forces on the puller belt change and the stitch pitch of the sewn fabric changes. This situation is absolutely undesirable by the customer. The up and down operation of the rear roller causes the life of the puller belt to be low due to the variable force on the puller belt.

DEFINITION OF INVENTION

The invention solves the problems described above.

In the palletpullermechanism of the Feed Off The Arm sewing machine developed in the invention, there is an upper roller positioned on the upper side of the rear roller positioned on the rear side of the front roller. Since the upper roller is positioned between the rear roller and the puller belt, the rear roller cannot lift upwards when the front roller is running. This ensures that the sewn fabric is not damaged and the sewing stitches on the fabric are not damaged.

DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

In the palletpullermechanism (10) in the known state of the art in the Feed Off The Arm sewing machines (1 ) in the known state of the art, the piston connection fork (1 .2) in the known state of the art is fixed to the end foot (1.10) part by means of an external thread piston pressure rod screw (1.16) and an internal thread piston pressure rod screw (1.17) at the junction point of the part of the end foot (1.10) part descending from top to bottom and the other part forming a geometry close to L, so as to remain behind the rear puller roller (1.5). If the piston connection fork (1.2) in the known state of the art is positioned in this way on the end foot (1.10), when the pressure piston (1 .3) is pressed by means of the downwardly moving pressure piston shaft (1.3.1 ), the end part of the front roller (1.4) first linearly contacts the puller belt. The pressing force of the pressure piston is then increased so that the front roller (1.4) and the rear roller (1.5) press on the puller belt (1.18). With excessive pressing force, the front roller (1.4) and the rear roller (1.5) press on the puller belt (1.18), causing the life of the puller belt (1.18) to be shortened, as well as causing damage to the sewn fabric and the stitches on the fabric.

The palletpullermechanism (10) in the known state of the art, which is provided in the Feed Off The Arm sewing machines (1) in the known state of the art, comprises a front roller (1.4) and a rear roller (1.5). The front roller (1.4) and the rear roller (1.5) are moving rollers. In the known state of the art, the piston connection fork (1.2) ensures that the end of the front roller (1.4) linearly contacts the puller belt (1.18) when the compression piston shaft (1.3.1 ) moves downwards. Then, with the increase in the pressure force on the piston connection fork (1.2) in the known state of the art, the front roller (1.4) starts to press the puller belt (1.18), while the rear roller (1.5) can be lifted upwards. If the rear roller (1.5) is lifted upwards, the forces on the puller belt (1.18) change and the stitch pitch of the sewn fabric changes. This situation is absolutely undesirable by the customer. The up and down operation of the rear roller (1 .4) causes the life of the puller belt (1.18) to be low due to the variable force on the puller belt.

In the palletpullermechanism (20) of the Feed Off The Arm sewing machine (1 ) developed in the invention;

- on the end foot (1.10) so that the mounting axis of the front roller (1.4) and the mounting axis of the rear roller (1.5) are exactly centred on the mounting axis and

- so that the end is above the part of the foot piece (1.10) descending from top to bottom and the other part forming a geometry close to L so that there is a piston connection fork (1 .1 ) positioned as described above.

In the palletpullermechanism (20) of the Feed Off The Arm sewing machine (1 ) developed in the invention, the piston connection fork (1.1 ) is attached to the end foot (1.10) in such a way that the mounting axis of the front roller (1.4) and the mounting axis of the rear roller (1.5) is in the middle of the mounting axis and the piston connection fork (1.1 ) is on the part of the end foot (1.10) descending from top to bottom and the other part forming a geometry close to L, which reduces the force on the puller belt (1.18). This means that when the pressure piston shaft (1 .3.1 ) moves downwards, the front roller (1 .4) and the rear roller (1 .5) contact the puller belt (1.18) superficially. When the front roller (1.4) and the rear roller (1.5) press the puller belt (1.18) superficially, the sewn fabric is pulled with less force. Less force on the puller belt (1.18) ensures that the life of the puller belt (1.18) is longer and that the sewn fabric and the stitches on the sewn fabric are not damaged.

In the palletpullermechanism (20) of the Feed Off The Arm sewing machine (1 ) developed in the invention, the upper roller (1 .6) is positioned on the upper side of the rear roller (1.5), which is positioned on the rear side of the front roller (1.4). Since the upper roller (1.6) is positioned between the rear roller (1.5) and the puller belt (1 .18), the rear roller (1 .5) cannot lift upwards when the front roller (1 .4) is running. This ensures that the sewn fabric is not damaged and the sewing stitches on the fabric are not damaged.

Piston connection fork (1 .1 ) as developed in the invention,

- palletpullerleftpressforklever (1.1.1 ),

- palletpullerrightpressforklever (1 .1 .2) and

- The forkconnection holder (1 .1 .3) whichconsists of the joining of the palletpullerleftpressforklever (1 -1 -1 ) and the palletpullerrightpressforklever (1 .1 .2) consisting the parts as described above.

The piston connection fork (1.1 ) developed in the invention is attached to the internal thread on the fork connection holder (1.1.3) by means of the external thread on the compression piston shaft (1.3.1 ).

The front roller (1.4), the rear roller (1.5) and the top roller (1.6) are movable rollers and pull the sewn fabric.

The assembly of the partsbelonging to the palletpullermechanism (20) of the Feed Off The Arm sewing machine (1) developed in the invention in Figure-8 is performed as follows:

A wheel ring (1.14) is attached to the front roller (1.4).

One wheel ring (1 .14) is attached to the rear roller (1.5).

A wheel ring (1.14) is attached to the upper roller (1.6).

The puller end left cover (1.12) and puller end right cover (1.13) are fixed with three screws-2 (1.11 ) on each side of the front roller (1 .4) on which one wheel ring (1.14) is mounted, the rear roller (1.5) on which one wheel ring (1.14) is mounted and the upper roller (1 .6) on which one wheel ring (1 .14) is mounted.

The bearing roller (1 .8) is placed in the end foot (1 .10).

Ring (1 .9) is fitted to the bearing roller (1 .8). The bearing roller (1.8) fitted with the ring (1.9) is mounted on the left pullerpressforklever (1 .1.1 ).

The left puller press fork lever (1.1.1 ) obtained in this way is attached to the slot on the puller end left cover (1.12) by means of screw-1 (1 .7).

The other bearing roller (1.8) fitted with the other ring (1.9) is fitted to the right puller press fork lever (1.1.2).

The right puller press fork lever (1 .1 .2) obtained in this way is attached to the slot on the puller end right cover (1.13) by means of the other screw-1 (1 .7).

The left puller press fork lever (1.1.1 ) is fixed to the forkconnectionholder (1.1.3) bymeans of screw-3 (1.15).

The right puller press fork lever (1.1.2) is fixed to the fork connection holder (1 .1 .3) by means of the other screw-3 (1 .15).

The fork connection holder (1.1.3) is positioned on the pressure piston (1.3.1 ) by screwing the external thread on the pressure piston shaft (1.3.1 ) to the internal thread on the fork connection holder (1.1.3) positioned on the left puller pressure fork lever (1 .1 .1 ) and the right puller pressure fork lever (1.1.2).
