The embodiments of the present disclosure belong to the technical field of displays. Provided are an inorganic light-emitting diode (LD), a light-emitting panel (PNL) and a backlight module. The light-emitting panel (PNL) comprises at least one light emission control area (CA), wherein in any light emission control area (CA), the light-emitting panel (PNL) comprises inorganic light-emitting diodes (LD) distributed in an array, and comprises first wires (Al) extending in a first direction (DA) and second wires (BL) extending in a second direction (DB). Each inorganic light-emitting diode (LD) is provided with first pins (APIN) and a second pin (BPIN), and there are a plurality of first pins (APIN), which are electrically connected inside the inorganic light-emitting diode (LD). Two adjacent first pins (APIN) of two adjacent inorganic light-emitting diodes (LD) in the first direction (DA) are electrically connected by means of a first wire (AL); the second pin (BPIN) of each inorganic light-emitting diode (LD) is electrically connected to a second wire (BL); and the second wire (BL) passes through an area where the inorganic light-emitting diode (LD) is located from between the two first pins (APIN) of the inorganic light-emitting diode (LD).
