Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for providing a sensing service. The method is implemented by a terminal. The method comprises: sending sensing service request information to a first network function, wherein the sensing service request information is used for requesting to acquire configuration information for a terminal to initiate a sensing service, and the configuration information comprises sensing strategy information and/or sensing parameters. Compared with a mode that a sensing service cannot be initiated under an offline scenario, the technical solution of the embodiments of the present disclosure can improve the adaptability of initiation of sensing services, reduce dependence on wireless signal coverage, and improve the user experience.
