Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an inorganic powder from which it is possible to obtain a resin composition having excellent fluidity and which can prevent an increase and enlargement of aggregated particles in the resin composition. [Solution] This inorganic powder has a volume-based cumulative 50%-diameter D50 of 1.2-2.8 μm, and includes, in a volume-based grain-size frequency distribution, a first peak and a second peak located on the greater grain diameter side of the first peak. The half width of the first peak is less than 0.5 μm.
