Abstract:
Provided is an input device which is not easily affected by a parasitic capacitance and enables an electrostatic capacitance sensor to perform stable operation.
A three-dimensional electrostatic capacitance sensor (9) is arranged inside and a sensor electrode (9a) forming an electrostatic capacitance C is arranged far from a electro-conductive path on a base substrate (8). This configuration minimizes the affect of a parasitic capacitance Δc easily formed at the side of the base substrate (8) to the electrostatic capacitance C and prevents a connection between the parasitic capacitance Δc formed on the base substrate (8) and the electrostatic capacitance sensor (9) which connection may function as a noise source. Thus, the input device (1) can operate stably.
