Abstract:
An insecticide for use in controlling cotton bollworm, containing plant extracts A and B; plant extract A is extracted from a mixture of the underground stem of Alocasia macrorrhiza, turmeric root, the whole plant of Platycodon grandiflorus, and Fallopia japonica leaf; plant extract B is extracted from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes infected with grape white rot, the Cabernet Sauvignon infected with grape white rot being grapes having a gray-white mildew covering the surface of the grapes; the ratio by mass part of plant extract A to plant extract B is 1:0.1-1. The combination of plant extracts A and B has a synergistic effect in controlling cotton bollworm larvae.
