Abstract:
An insert well having a multilayer three-dimensional basement membrane structure, according to the present invention, comprises: a base culture membrane for forming one layer; and n (n is a natural number of 1 or more) upper culture membranes which form one or more layers at different heights from the base culture membrane so as to form, therebetween, cell culture spaces in which cells are to be cultured, and which have a plurality of pores formed thereon.
