Abstract:
The present invention provides an insole for plantar fascia protection, in which: in order to support the longitudinal arch of a foot sole, an insole middle foot part (an insole portion corresponding to the middle foot part of a foot sole) is formed to protrude in an overall curved shape with respect to an insole front foot part (an insole portion corresponding to the front foot part of the foot sole) and an insole rear foot part (an insole portion corresponding to the rear foot part of the foot sole); the insole middle foot part has a medial portion formed to have a height higher than the height of a lateral portion thereof and is formed to be inclined as going from the lateral portion toward the medial portion; and the insole middle foot part has a groove for accommodating plantar fascia, and the groove is formed inside the insole middle foot part and is formed from the insole front foot part to the insole rear foot part in the curved shape of a medial longitudinal arch along the longitudinal direction of the insole.
