Abstract:
An instant dewatering DMC preparation system and a preparation method. The system comprises a reactor (10); a partition plate (40) is provided in the middle of the reactor (10); a first reaction zone (30) is formed above the partition plate (40), and a second reaction zone (20) is formed below the partition plate (40); a side wall of the first reaction zone (30) is provided with a methanol inlet (307) and a mixed gas inlet (308); the methanol inlet (307) is connected to a methanol pipeline (50); a first micro-interface generator (301) is provided in the first reaction zone (30); the first micro-interface generator (301) is connected to the mixed gas inlet (308); the first micro-interface generator (301) is located below a first liquid level in the first reaction zone (30); a second micro-interface generator (305) is provided above the first micro-interface generator (301); a micro-bubble outlet is formed above the first micro-interface generator (301) in the form of closely attaching the first micro-interface generator (301); and a bottom outlet of the second micro-interface generator (305) is connected to a micro-bubble pipeline (303). The preparation system requires low reaction temperature and low pressure, features less side reactions and a high methanol conversion rate, and is thus worthy of wide popularization and application.
