A built-in instant dehydration micro-interface enhanced DMC preparation system and method. The system comprises a reaction tower (10), wherein the middle of the reaction tower (10) is provided with a sealing plate (50), a first reaction section (30) is provided above the sealing plate (50), and a second reaction section (20) is provided below the sealing plate (50); a side wall of the first reaction section (30) is connected to a methanol pipe (70) and a mixed gas pipe (60) from top to bottom; and a first micro-interface generator (301) is provided in the first reaction section (30), a second micro-interface generator (306) is provided above the first micro-interface generator (301), and the first micro-interface generator (301) and the second micro-interface generator (306) are both connected to the mixed gas pipe (60) to disperse and break mixed gas into micron-sized micro-bubbles. The system requires a low reaction temperature and pressure, has less side reactions and a high methanol conversion rate, and is suitable for wide popularization and application.
