Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an instant soup pasta with a suppressed occurrence rate of non-swollen instant pasta when prepared at the time of use. Provided is an instant soup pasta that is a combination of (1) fusilli-shaped instant pasta which, in a dried state, has an average number of spirals of 0.75-2.25 per 10 mm, and (2) a powdered and/or granular instant soup that is prepared into a soup at the time of use. Also provided is a packaged instant soup pasta characterized in that a mixture containing (1) the instant pasta and (2) the instant soup is stored in a packaging container. Also provided is the (1) instant pasta for use in combination with the (2) instant soup.
