Abstract:
An insulated and soundproof block with partition grooves and a masonry method
therefor are provided. The partition grooves are interlaced and spaced apart
with each other in the block and impenetrate the block from the top down, and the
block is made of aggregate and 15 - 21% binder by weight. The binder comprises gypsum,
lime and cement, and the aggregate comprises flyash, slag or builders rubbish.
The masonry method is as follows: forming a mortar dry powder by mixing the aggregate
same as that of the block and cement with a weight ratio for obtaining subsequently
finished mortar with a compressive strength more than 10-15Mpa, then mixing
the mortar dry powder and water for making the finished mortar with 80-100cm slump
constant, finally, plastering the finished mortar only in tooth joints and flat
joints of the block, in which, the blocks are rigidly bonded with each other.
