Abstract:
An integrated air-channel solenoid control valve system and an operating principle thereof. The system comprises: an integrated chamber group (1), which comprises an air channel (101) and several air cavities that are in communication with the air channel (101); and electromagnets (2), which are arranged in the air cavities, an air passage being provided between the periphery of the electromagnet (2) and the air cavity. Air is transmitted to each air cavity through the air channel (101) and flows through the air passages, so as to cool the electromagnets (2). The operating principle of an integrated air-channel solenoid control valve system involves an integrated chamber group (1), which comprises an air channel (101) and several air cavities that are in communication with the air channel (101); and electromagnets (2), which are arranged in the air cavities, an air passage being provided between the periphery of the electromagnet (2) and the air cavity. Air is transmitted to each air cavity through the air channel (101) and flows through the air passages, so as to cool the electromagnets (2), thereby solving the problem of poor heat dissipation of the electromagnets.
