Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of pumps and valves, and specifically relates to a pump and valve integration system having an integrated air channel, and a working principle thereof. The system comprises an electromagnet placement member, which comprises at least one chamber and an electromagnet assembly arranged inside the chamber, wherein a gap of at least 1/12 the width of the electromagnet assembly is reserved between the electromagnet assembly and each side wall of the chamber; two sides of the chamber are respectively provided with a flow guide hole and an air discharge hole, the diameters of which are both greater than the width of the gap; and the electromagnet assembly comprises a coil, a movable iron core in the coil, and rubber gaskets on two sides of the movable iron core. In the pump and valve integration system having an integrated air channel, and the working principle thereof, the diameters of the flow guide hole and the air discharge hole are increased, and the gap between the electromagnet assembly and each side wall of the chamber is widened, thereby achieving the effect of reducing the loss of flow in an air pump that has small overall dimensions and the same power while increasing the air flow rate.
