Disclosed are an integrated black-type dashboard for a vehicle, and the vehicle. The integrated black-type dashboard for a vehicle comprises a cover plate (1), and a display component (2), a frame body (3), a circuit board (4) and a back shell (6), which are arranged on the rear side of the cover plate (1), wherein the display component (2) is fixedly mounted on the front face of the frame body (3), and the circuit board (4) is mounted on the back face of the frame body (3); the display component (2) comprises at least one display screen and a backlight source arranged corresponding to the display screen; the cover plate (1) comprises a glass plate (12) and a black ink layer coated on the back face of the glass plate (12), the light transmittance of the glass plate (12) being greater than 94%, and the L value in a Lab color model of the black ink layer being 30-40; and a polarizer (8) is further provided between the display component (2) and the cover plate (1), the angle of the polarizer (8) being 15° to 30°.
