The present invention relates to an integrated control power conversion apparatus of an electric oil pump, the apparatus comprising: a power conversion module which receives input of a direct current voltage, converts the direct current voltage to an alternating current voltage, and outputs the alternating current to a driving motor; and a control unit provided to control the power conversion module and control the driving of the oil pump generating hydraulic pressure in a transmission, wherein the control unit comprises: a control board part; a main control part installed in a partial area of the control board part and provided to supply power to the driving motor and control the power conversion module; and an oil pump control part installed in the remainder area of the control board part except for the partial area, connected to the main control part, and provided to supply power to a pump motor for driving the oil pump and control the oil pump.
