An integrated force sensor comprises: a base member (1), a flexible through-cavity (2) provided on the base member (1), and a flexible skin (3) covering the flexible through-cavity (2). A protrusion (5) is provided on the base member (1). The action of the protrusion (5) divides the flexible through-cavity (2) into two segments. One end of the flexible through-cavity (2) is connected to a pressure sensor (4) for measuring an internal pressure inside the flexible through-cavity (2), and another end of the flexible through-cavity (2) is in communication with air in an external environment. The invention detects the magnitude of a force to be measured by measuring variations in air pressure caused by changes in the shape of an object due to the force to be measured, and relieves pressure overload by means of a pressure relief mechanism, such that a pressure overload does not affect the integrity of a thin film of the pressure sensor, and an overload exceeding 100 times that of a static pressure causes no permanent damage to the thin film.
