Abstract:
The present invention relates to an integrated service provision system using a smart terminal in an apartment (APT), which includes a smart terminal (10), wherein the smart terminal (10) includes: a docking station (100) and a smart pad (200); is installed in each home in the APT; is attachable; wirelessly controls the facilities in the home; is capable of making a reservation for a show, ordering a product, and paying over the Internet; can receive an escape route in real time from a disaster control means (50) by allowing for position confirmation through connection to an access point (60a) and pairing with a Bluetooth receiver (60b) in the event of a disaster; transfers information on urgent matters and the surrounding circumstances facing a household member if a disaster occurs by means of a camera provided in the smart pad (200); and is capable of radio-calling. The integrated service provision system using a smart terminal in an APT also includes an APT management server (20) which receives at least one access point (60a) connection signal and a pairing signal pairing using at least one Bluetooth receiver (60b) in order to confirm the position information for the smart terminal (10), and which is capable of radio-calling the smart terminal (10).
