Abstract:
Disclosed are an integrated small to medium-sized natural gas steam reforming reactor and a reforming reaction process. The integrated small to medium-sized natural gas steam reforming reactor comprises a furnace body (1) and a combustion module (8), wherein the combustion module (8) is disposed outside the furnace body (1), and the combustion module (8) feeds combustion fume gas into the furnace body (1); the inside of the furnace body (1) is divided into a plurality of flue chambers by a plurality of high temperature-resistant partition plates, and adjacent flue chambers are in communication with each other via a gap between the high temperature-resistant partition plates and an inner wall of the furnace body (1), the plurality of flue chambers forming a fume gas passage with a plurality of flow deflections; the plurality of flue chambers are respectively provided with a conversion reaction module (2), a steam generating and superheating module (3), an intermediate temperature shift module (4), and a desulfurization module (5), thus forming a conversion unit, a steam generating unit, a temperature shift unit and a desulfurization unit that are sequentially arranged along a flow direction of the combustion fume gas.
