Abstract:
An integrated structure of a negative electrode and separator membrane. The structure comprises a metal foil (10), and a porous organic polymer film (20) provided at a surface of the metal foil. The metal foil (10) serves as a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active material at the same time. The porous organic polymer film (20) serves as a separator membrane. The integrated structure can effectively reduce the volume and weight of a cell, simplifies a production process, improves an overall capacity and energy density of a cell, and also enhances the high rate capability and high temperature performance of a cell. The present invention solves problems of secondary cells in the prior art, in which the cells have complicated manufacturing processes requiring high upfront costs, and poor cell safety performance, and low energy densities, and involve difficult assembly operations. Also provided are a manufacturing method of the integrated structure of a negative electrode and separator membrane, and cell comprising the integrated structure.
