Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a recording unit that records intellectual property information and character information; an output unit that outputs, on the basis of the character information recorded in the recording unit, characters to a user terminal which can be operated by a user; a reception unit that receives information which was sent from the user terminal and which relates to intellectual property with which the user is affiliated as an inventor or as an applicant; a calculation unit that calculates the potential for acquiring intellectual property rights, such calculation made on the basis of the intellectual property information and the information relating to the intellectual property; and a control unit that performs character mode output control, on the basis of information regarding the potential for acquiring rights which was calculated by the calculation unit.
