Abstract:
Disclosed is an intelligent adjusting system for an injection mold runner, the system comprising the injection mold runner, a plurality of intercepting blocks (5), a plurality of driving assemblies, a controller (3) and a plurality of induction assemblies, wherein the intercepting blocks and the induction assemblies are arranged on the injection mold runner; the intercepting blocks are connected to the driving assemblies; the driving assemblies are electrically connected with the controller; the induction assemblies are arranged on the injection molding runner, sense the pressure in the injection molding runner and transmit same to the controller; and the controller controls the driving assemblies to drive the intercepting blocks to control the width of the injection molding runner. The intelligent adjusting system for the injection mold runner has the advantages of reducing the product rejection ratio, reducing labor costs, simplifying the procedure, and improving the product yield and the working efficiency thereof.
