Abstract:
A smart valve needle opening/closing adjustment system, comprising a mold main body (100), the mold main body (100) being provided with a mold plate (105), and said system further comprising a controller (9), a servo drive assembly, a sensing assembly, a hot-nozzle valve needle assembly and a hot injection molding runner; the hot injection molding runner comprises a primary glue injection opening (50), a plurality of secondary glue injection openings (51) and a plurality of product mold cavities (52) which are in communication sequentially, the servo drive assembly is provided on the mold plate (105), the hot-nozzle valve needle assembly is provided on the lower side of the servo drive assembly, the sensing assembly is provided on the product mold cavities (52), the controller (9) is provided outside the mold main body (100), the controller (9) is electrically connected to the servo drive assembly and the sensing assembly, and the hot-nozzle valve needle assembly is connected to the servo drive assembly. The smart valve needle opening/closing adjustment system has the advantages such as smart adjustment, reducing labor costs, and increasing production efficiency and product yield.
