The present invention relates to an intelligent device networking method. The method comprises: an intelligent device being automatically connected to a wireless debugging network by means of pre-set distribution network information; a user terminal obtaining device information about the intelligent device and binding the intelligent device; the user terminal verifying whether the device information is consistent with the device information in the intelligent device; if so, the intelligent device receiving a modification instruction of the distribution information, modifying the distribution information according to the modification instruction of the distribution information, and being connected to a site operating network according to the modified distribution network information; and the user terminal transferring the bound intelligent device to an actual service system. By means of the intelligent device networking method, the networking efficiency of the intelligent device can be improved.
