Abstract:
An intelligent high precision optical fiber winder comprising a control module and an optical fiber winding module. The control module comprises a touch screen (21) and a PLC intelligent control module. The PLC intelligent control module is used to collect, store and calibrate parameters fed back in real time by the optical fiber winding module in an optical fiber winding process. The touch screen is used to input a parameter and a switch command. The optical fiber winding module comprises an optical fiber winding device and an optical fiber output device corresponding thereto. The optical fiber winder controls an optical fiber output position and an optical fiber winding position with three dimensional precision, and employs three shafts to respectively control vertical, horizontal and longitudinal movements. A mandrel (4) can be controlled to move while left and right output positions of the optical fiber remain unchanged. The invention employs movement of the mandrel to perform control, such that different movement ratios of the optical fiber can be adjusted, thereby improving precision, reducing labor costs, and achieving a higher level of automation.
