Abstract:
Low-temperature, high-toughness, high-temperature, high-intensity and high-hardenability hot mold steel, the hot mold steel comprising the following ingredients in parts by weight: C: 0.15-0.35%; Si0: 40-0.90%; Mn: less than or equal to 0.80%; Cr: 1.50-2.40%; Ni: 2.50-4.50%; Mo: 1.00-1.60%; V: 0.10-0.40%; W: 0.20-0.90%; P: less than or equal to 0.02%; S: less than or equal to 0.02%, and the balance is matrix Fe and inevitable impurities, the above percentages being the weight percentages. After a tempering treatment is carried out, the V-notch low-temperature impact work of the material at -40°C may reach more than 30 J, the 700°C high-temperature intensity of the material may reach more than 380 MPa, the hardenability may reach more than 200 mm, and therefore, the tissue of the material is guaranteed to be internally and externally even. The material may be suitable for a hot-working mold which requires a low-temperature, high-toughness, high-temperature, high-intensity and high-hardenability special working condition.
