An intelligent light control system (110) and method, the system (110) comprising: a sensing module (210), configured to acquire light intensity in an environment and to acquire motion information of an object located in the environment; a clock module (230), configured to generate a current time; and a processor (220), configured to determine a light control mode on the basis of at least one of the current time and the motion information, and to determine one or more light adjustment operations for controlling one or more lighting devices according to at least a portion of the light control mode and the light intensity.
