Abstract:
An intelligent loading system and a production control system. The intelligent loading system comprises a left-right loading roller conveyor (1) for conveying a base plate, a gantry suction cup mechanism (2), a plate feeding roller conveyor (3), a plate turning device (4), and an acceleration roller conveyor (5) which are sequentially connected. The left-right loading roller conveyor (1) corrects and conveys base plates in batches by means of a left-right roller conveyor structure. The gantry suction cup mechanism (2) suctions the base plates by working in conjunction with two roller conveyors of the left-right loading roller conveyor (1), and implements positioning and loading in batches to the plate feeding roller conveyor (3). The plate feeding roller conveyor (3) is connected to the plate turning device (4) and conveys the base plates at a low speed. The plate turning device (4) turns, at intervals, the base plates conveyed by the plate feeding roller conveyor (3) and conveys the base plates to the acceleration roller conveyor (5). Devices in respective work sections of a gypsum board production line are handled and controlled collectively, so as to guarantee maximum efficiency of transportation and machining of base plates in different work sections and automatically switch the devices in the respective work sections to machining and transportation specifications that conform to base plates of corresponding specifications.
