Abstract:
An assembling method for a silicon-oriented cooling arm. A support rod stopper (1), a coaxial device (4), and a rotary table (5) are all sleeved on a cylindrical connecting shaft (3). A plurality of radial recesses (4-3) are disposed on the coaxial device (4). A plurality of arc-shaped recesses (5-3) are disposed on the rotary table (5). Each arc-shaped recess (5-3) of the rotary table (5) is of a structure: in the process that a ball head (2-3) moves from one end to the other end of the arc-shaped recess (5-3), the distance between the ball head (2-3) and the circle center of the rotary table (5) is increased or decreased. The ball head (2-3) of a support rod (2) is located in the arc-shaped recess (5-3), the support rod (2) passes through the radial recess (4-3), and the upper part of the support rod (2) is hingedly connected to the support rod stopper (1).
