Abstract:
An intelligent movable dust removal device for mining, relating to the technical field of dust removal equipment for mining. The intelligent movable dust removal device for mining comprises: a dust removal mechanism (9), comprising a dust removal duct (92) fixed on the inner wall of a mine tunnel, a dust box (91) arranged at the rear end of the dust removal duct (92), and an air extraction duct (94) arranged at the bottom of the dust removal duct, a driving filter screen (14) wound around two driving rollers (13) being arranged inside the dust removal duct (92), and a cleaning roller (12) for sweeping dust on the driving filter screen (14) into the dust box (91) being arranged inside the dust removal duct (92) at a side close to the dust box (91); and an air collection assembly, comprising an air feeding duct (5) slidably connected to an opening, sliding rails (2) parallel to the dust removal duct (92) being arranged on the ground of the mine tunnel. In the dust removal device, a mechanism capable of automatically cleaning the filter screen is arranged to automatically clean the filter screen of the dust removal device, and a long air suction channel is arranged so that a dust removal hood can be conveniently moved therein so as to meet dust removal requirements of coal mining machinery for mining at different positions in a mine tunnel and to realize fixed-point dust removal, thus improving dust removal efficiency.
