Abstract:
An intelligent sorting and distribution apparatus and a sorting method thereof, wherein the intelligent sorting and distribution apparatus comprises: a conveying assembly (1) and a scanning assembly (2) disposed above the conveying assembly (1); a rotating assembly (3) located at the tail end of the conveying assembly (1); and a flipping assembly (4) comprising a base (41) located on one side of the rotating assembly (3), a rolling wheel (42) mounted on the base (41), an arc-shaped slide way (43) rollably connected to the rolling wheel (42), a U-shaped assembly (44) fixedly connected to the arc-shaped slide way (43), an arc-shaped rack (45) fixedly connected to the U-shaped assembly (44), and a first servo motor (46) mounted on the base (41). The first servo motor (46) is engaged with and connected to the arc-shaped rack (45), and unscanned packages are flipped by the slipping assembly (4), and other surfaces of the packages are scanned.
