Abstract:
A two coating layer radiation cured PVC pre-coating film material, which comprises, from bottom to top, a PVC transparent film layer and a radiation cured coating layer, the radiation cured coating layer comprising, in order from bottom to top, an elastic adhesive primer layer and a finish layer. By means of a reactive diluent and a difunctional polyurethane acrylate of a specific formulation, an obtained difunctional polyurethane acrylate has excellent toughness and an excellent elongation rate, the diluent has great permeability on the PVC transparent layer, and an adhesive force between the elastic adhesive primer and the PVC transparent layer is ensured, and the reactive diluent also has a low Tg, good toughness, and improves the flexibility of a paint film; the prepared elastic adhesive primer layer and finish layer form the radiation cured coating layer, simplifying an elastic primer, a functional primer layer, and a finish layer in the prior art, only two layers being needed to achieve an effect; the present invention simplifies a process, investment in raw materials and equipment is reduced, production site space is saved, and the performance of a PVC pre-coating film is improved.
