The present invention relates to the field of intelligent wearable techniques. Provided are an intelligent tracking and positioning method and system, a server, and a positioning terminal. The positioning terminal can be used to select, from multiple positioning manners, a positioning manner providing the most precise positioning in a current environment, and to transmit a determined location to a server, such that monitoring is continuous, thereby effectively solving a problem in the prior art in which a single signal has a certain limitation. After performing processing, the server displays the determined location on a map, combines historical determined locations to form a moving track, and transmits the moving track to a monitoring terminal for display. The prevent invention enables a user of a monitoring terminal to ascertain a current determined location and a moving track of a monitored person, thereby enabling an effective judgement and precautions.
