Abstract:
An inter-roller conveyance control device which is provided with: a speed axis roller; a tension axis roller; a tension detector that detects the tension of a material to be conveyed; a line speed instruction setting unit that sets a line speed instruction; a tension instruction setting unit that sets a tension instruction; a tension controller that performs computations for a tension control correction instruction on the basis of a tension deviation and a control gain; a speed axis speed controller that controls a speed control axis motor; and a tension axis speed controller that controls a tension control axis motor. The inter-roller conveyance control device is provided with: an amplitude target setting unit that sets the amplitude target value of the tension deviation; an adjustment execution instruction generating unit that provides instructions for a time to adjust the control gain; an adjustment operation amount output unit that outputs the amount of adjustment operation; an operation amount amplitude determining unit that increases the amplitude of the adjustment operation amount until the amplitude of the tension deviation becomes greater than the amplitude target value; and a control gain calculation device that calculates the control gain from the amplitude of the tension deviation and the period of vibration. When adjusting the control gain, the tension axis speed controller controls the tension control axis motor on the basis of the line speed instruction and the adjustment operation amount.
