Disclosed are an interference control method and device, a user equipment, a base station, and a time division duplex system. The method comprises: receiving downlink scheduling information of a first user equipment; where it is determined that a second user equipment forms uplink interference to the first user equipment according to the downlink scheduling information, from an uplink interference parameter set generated according to a pre-set rule, determining a target sending weight; and where the uplink interference parameter set includes the target sending weight, controlling a sending weight of the second user equipment to be regulated to the target sending weight. According to the interference control method, where interference exists between pieces of user equipment, by means of the uplink interference parameter obtained in advance, a sending weight of an uplink user equipment is regulated, so that the influence of uplink interference between the pieces of user equipment on downlink user equipment is reduced, and on the premise of ensuring system performance to the greatest extent, the transmission quality of downlink data is improved.
