Abstract:
An intermediate-medium vaporizer (10) is provided with an intermediate-medium evaporation unit (E1) that evaporates an intermediate medium by heat exchange between a heating medium and an intermediate medium, and a heat exchange unit (14) comprising a stacked heat exchanger having a configuration in which a first flow channel layer and a second flow channel layer are stacked. The first flow channel layer has an intermediate medium flow channel part into which flows the intermediate medium that was evaporated by the intermediate-medium evaporation unit (1), and a heating medium flow channel part into which flows the heating medium. The second flow channel layer has: a liquefied gas flow channel part configured so that liquefied gas flows therein, the liquefied gas flow channel part being heated by the intermediate medium flowing through the intermediate medium flow channel part, and at least some of the liquefied gas evaporating; and a gas heating flow channel part in which the gas that was evaporated in the liquefied gas flow channel part is heated by the heating medium flowing in the heating medium flow channel part.
