Abstract:
An internal circulation screening station and a control method therefor. The internal circulation screening station comprises: an internal circulation main rail (1), a first end of which is movably connected to a main rail; an internal circulation branch rail (2), which is disconnected to or connected to a second end of the internal circulation main rail (1), wherein after connection, a carrier enters the internal circulation branch rail (2) from the internal circulation main rail (1) and returns to the internal circulation main rail (1) from the internal circulation branch rail (2); and an outbound rail (3), which is blocked or in communication with the second end of the internal circulation main rail (1), wherein after communication, the carrier enters the outbound rail (3) from the internal circulation main rail (1) and returns to the main rail from the outbound rail (3). By means of the internal circulation screening station and the control method therefor, a carrier which does not need to enter the next work station can automatically circulate in the screening station, instead of returning to the main rail first and then entering the screening station again from the main rail, such that unnecessary main rail resource occupation is effectively reduced and carrier congestion is avoided, thereby improving the working efficiency of the whole clothing manufacturing hanging system.
