Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of electrode materials, and provides a preparation method for a photogenerated anti-corrosion electrode material. According to the present invention, the method comprises: firstly growing an α-ferric oxide film on a substrate, wherein the α-ferric oxide has the advantages of having high solar-chemical energy conversion efficiency, having a proper band gap structure, being capable of driving a water oxidation reaction under driving of visible light, and having good light stability and the like; and then introducing a CoFe-PB co-catalyst layer on the surface of the α-ferric oxide film by means of alternate impregnation in a potassium ferricyanide solution and a cobalt chloride solution, so that the conductivity of the electrode can be improved, and thus the catalytic performance of the electrode material can be improved. Moreover, a water oxidation rate of an electrode interface can be effectively driven, and the transfer efficiency of photogenerated holes is greatly improved, thereby inhibiting the recombination of photogenerated electrons-holes, facilitating the accumulation of photogenerated electrons on a photoelectrode substrate, and effectively transferring the photogenerated electrons to the surface of the protected metal, thus achieving effective photocathode anti-corrosion at an open circuit potential.
