Abstract:

The present invention proposes an investment platform device an operating method therefor, the investment platform device allowing a two-stage investment of a guaranteed investment and a general investment on the basis of a security capacity of only a specific IP so as to split an investment risk between a first investor participating in the guarantee investment and a second investor participating in the general investment, thereby enabling profit to be created by attracting investments for an IP value, and enabling contributions to the vitalization of IP finance through an improvement in user satisfaction with respect to IP finance investment by providing an IP finance investment model allowing expected earnings to increase instead of decreasing a loss risk for an investment through a connection between the first investor and the second investor.
