Abstract:
An invoice data management device 2 that has an image data acquisition unit 231 that uses an email to acquire invoice image data, a first character string specifying unit 232 that specifies a plurality of first character strings that are included in the invoice image data, a second character string specifying unit 233 that specifies one or more second character strings that are associated with the email but are not in the invoice image data, and a data registration unit 234 that associates one or more first character strings from among the plurality of first character strings with one or more third character strings that correspond to the one or more second character strings specified by the second character string specifying unit 233 and registers the associated character strings at an invoice database at which invoice data is registered.
